They look decent to me... but what are they made of... Plastic... Aluminum??? It just seems like if they are made of a hard material they will get all scratched up rather quickly.

Anything powder coated is just about idiot-proof. If you powder coat your wheels, you shouldn't get any curb rash if you accidentally screw up parallel parking maneuvers

As for powder coated floor mats... Awesome but you'll be tracking in unwanted sand and debris ... Unless there's a lip on the floormat the road debris you track in with your shoes will end up around the edges of the floormat on the carpet liner ... Just my observation -- I am in no way am engineer... They took my keys away the last time I tried to take the train to work

@ $200+ maybe for show but certainly not practical for a daily driver.

Just me, but I vastly prefer the added protection of the Weather Tech mats. The mats you posted look interesting, but do not cover enough surface area of the floor pan for my tastes. As was mentioned above, I "might" get those mats for car shows, but that would be the only time they would be used.

WeatherTech is the only way to go. Every car I own, has WeatherTech.

Nothing, looks wise. But again, they do not cover the entire floor pan, so all of the dirt (or red Georgia clay, in my case) falls off of your shoes and gets embedded in the carpeting, dulling and wearing it over time, no matter how much you clean/vacuum your interior. And, if you ever do spill a drink in your car, the weather tech mats have a deep lip and channels to keep the liquid from getting in the carpet. The Weather Tech mats are the best protection available if you want to keep your floors pristine. I keep the weather techs in for day to day use, and put the stock mats in for car shows. My preference, though.

Yup...Lloyd's. The quality is first rate.

Those diamond-plate mat things look better suited to an F250 Mall Crawler
