15 Cars With The Best Resale Values

    • 62% of original value retained after three years.
Dodge wins the battle of the so-called “pony cars,” at least in terms of resale values, over the Chevy Camaro and Ford Mustang. Found with a choice of V6, V8 or quicker V8 power, it’s the only model in its segment to offer a useable back seat.

If you can read only one magazine, make it Forbes...

Hellcats should also do well over the long haul.

Maybe if it had 80,000 miles on it but even then, I would not be willing to let my Hellcat go for 62% of the sticker in 3 years

My son and nephew (both are 6 years old) always say that this is our car and we both are going to take it from you.

I believe our Hellcats, when well taken care of, will hold their value for quite a while. 1) they are under valued already in original MSRP, 2) most paid over MSRP so valuation starts higher, 3) unless some other vehicle combines all the capabilities of a Cat with something substantially more, the Cats uniqueness, retro draw and raw power will keep it unique enough to command higher value. In any case, I plan on holding on to mine so it's value is priceless!

I know my 2015 Hellcat is sitting in a dealers lot for 5K more than MSRP was a year ago!

The 62% is for Challengers, not just Hellcats.

My Scat Pack depreciated less than 10 percent after 18 months and 8k miles. I was pleasantly surprised when I traded it in for the Hellcat.

My thinking as well, .... but assuming Chrysler will continue producing HCs thru 2020, I could see trading-in my 2016 for a 2019.

I got over 75% of what I paid for my 2009 SRT (purchased off the showroom floor of the same dealer) when I traded it in for the hellcat... and it was 6 years old
