This is what the Ford crowd has been waiting for. To me, Ford is moving away from a traditional muscle car market to a global sports car market. I'm sure it will be fun at the track, etc. but I'll take the SRT Hellcat any day of the week and twice on Sunday's. So glad I ordered the Hellcat over this car but the GT350 I'm sure will be fun, just in a different way.

I will stick with the Hellcat, if I want to play on the track I will go with the Viper over the Mustang.

it's just soooo ugly....I can't stand the design of the stangs nowadays. Way too sporty for me. But hey, to each their own.

GT350 Naturally aspirated power and it's a flat plane crank, sounds great and will rev to the moon. The GT500 will continue to the muscle next years model is supposed to be 725hp plus. The GT350 will hang with the Z28 on the road course for sure and the road course is what it was built for. Not bad Ford, I still hate Mustangs. Great days in America.

I am absolutely thrilled that muscle cars are making another run, and I don't care who the manufacturer may be. Mopar, Ford, Chevy, keep cranking that horsepower up and see how far we can go before the tofu eating, tree planting, cat loving, draft dodging, Prius driving, well, you keep it going from here, step in and make it go away.

Where is there anything for real on a 2015 GT500?
The 350 is a different kind of car, not a muscle car but a sport car with a backseat

From what I'm reading on some forums/news sites, the GT500 won't be until 2016/17. And it may actually be a SVT and chatter about the Mach 1 coming back as well. Either way you slice it I'm sure it's going to be a beast with well over 700hp. Being at least 500lbs lighter it certainly should be able to take the Hellcats both at the drags and road courses. Bring on the HP wars! #Murica

Check out the mustang forums(I always read up in the competitors) There is talk that they are supercharging the voodoo engine found in the GT350 for the new GT500, which will push it well into the mid 700's They have another model cooking too.

It's going to boil down to driving skills across the board unless you're just a bench racer.

I like what ford has done. The challenger is a more of a luxury muscle car the mustang since early2000's seemed to be a muscle car tuner hybrid and the camaro jus a muscle car. Just my opinion.

Ford is years out on a 500, no idea if and when they will do it. SVT is no where near where SRT is.
Other than the Raptor. SRT is an entire manufacturer with very solid and real performance vehicles.

SVT ( other than the Raptor ) runs hot n cold. They have had some overrated duds. Like the 1999 Cobra.

Just for the record Raptors pretty much rock! Love them. I don't care that they are Ford.
