White Plains Chrysler Dodge Jeep has a certified hellcat mechanic on staff. Only one I can find in the area of NYC.

There are no special certifications needed to work on a Hellcat.

Just need to be level 3 in all areas to do the warranty work. He may however be SRT Viper certified. But as of this time there is no specific certification for just Hellcats.

Yes they are Viper certified. Thanks for clarification on the certification for Hellcat.

Being that there is no actual certification for a Hellcat your best bet is to find a Viper certified tech. To get the Viper cert. you need to be level 3 in all areas so only the top techs usually get a chance at Viper school.

I did confirm they were a level 3 viper certified tech. I remember taking my Ram SRT-10 to Taters for work. That place was a trip

AER, would you go back to Taters? Have thought about using them in the past.

So they aren't a dealer anymore. For vipers absolutely, anything else I didn't use them.

They aren't a dealer, but they do still work on Vipers. Would you bring your hellcat to them?
