I no longer own my 6-speed. It was fun.

Not an easy sell. I received an offer of $62k (paid $65k + tx + reg) a few weeks after posting it for sale that I regrettably turned down. Many months later ended up trading it in for $59k with 5000 miles. I saw it sit on the dealer lot for at least 3 more months.

Here are some initial thoughts on my 2016 CTS-V & my first drive on light snow. Not a full comparison yet but but will make another video.

It is a small world sometimes. I started watching your video and I used to live in that neighborhood a long time ago, and now am just down Academy from you. Anyway, hope you enjoy the cts-v.

As much as I love my HC, lettuce be reality here. The 2016+ CTS-V is a better car than the HC in almost every way. Sure, the HC is SLIGHTLY faster, but that's where it ends. The CTS-V has been balanced so precisely to handle pretty much anything; curves, daily driving comfort etc. The engineering in that car is mind blowing. The reason why I didn't end up with one was because by the time I found one around the same price as the HC, it would have around 20-25k miles on it, and it was still several thousand more than I paid for my HC.

Big difference in Cadillac and Dodge Challenger...Both are great cars for their niche...The Cadillac is more refined and has all the amenities though lacking room compared to the HC...The Challenger is raw muscle with a little modern refinement...I like my steaks rare..

I'd take the CTSV for my daily beater :) No doubt, they are nice cars.

The problem is the price of admission for a CTS-V. Around 20K more than a Hellcat. I would rather save the 20K and buy a hellcat or shit, buy a used E63s 4matic AMG for that price.

Ima, scratching my head right now. Did I just watch a video of nothing much besides a ride around the block? Sorry I don't get it and I have lots of cars to do the same thing with LOL. Let us know how the CADDY Forum is compared to the real deal HELLCAT.ORG forum lol.
And if enough votes come in I'll do a video in the snow in my RANGE ROVER SC V8 505
And already did my 200 miles around the DC beltway today and some parts snowy day. And I will load up the poodles as well to get some real action on the ride.....roof,roof LOL

This and the fact they cut the wagon are why I have the charger and not a V. Had they kept the wagon, I would probably have kept the evo another 2 years and then paid for the V. But, didn't see the point in the extra for a sedan. The charger gets me back and forth to work just fine...when it isn't stuck in the garage because I piled all the snow behind it.

So is this thread kind of like break up sex or something?

Subscribed. Just in case you make a fifteen minute video of you having a snack and walking the dogs...
