Heard from dealer this morning. My fuel line was leaking fuel pretty badly. NOT MY FUEL RAIL COVERED UNDER THE RECALL. Regional SRT rep is aware. Sounds like the part may take a long time to get. Very frustrating.

Is there a check valve or pressure regulator in the rail?

This was the main fuel line coming from the tank.

Glad they found it before it caught fire! Could have been disastrous ... scary! Hopefully the replacement part will come in sooner than expected so they can get this fixed and you can get back out on the road.

Absolutely. Especially when stopped in traffic or sitting in the driveway idling.

yes, that is a damper. pressure regulator is built into the right side venturi transfer pump inside the tank.
