It looks like the latest iteration of the super snake. With 750hp it will be a beast for sure. Too bad I will likely never see one; likely pretty low production numbers if it follows the previous super snakes.

Awesome to see more high hp cars coming out though!

This is the 'standard' Shelby that was released or shown last year sometime with some cute decals tacked on. Nothing special.

Agreed, it's not a new release. They have a tendency to not make their claimed numbers robustly based on previous magazine articles.

They say limited production... 50 cars... good luck getting a hold of one of those & the markup... whew... forget about it. Besides isn't Shelby and the Supersnake package aftermarket mod? So I'm not sure this will actually be considered a production car? I thought they have to produce a minimum of 500 or something like that to be considered production? Well... it is cool and with 750 ponies we know the Cat with minor mods can easily put down those numbers with room to spare. FCA should offer a factory package with pulley and tune to up the HP on the Cat. This would be great marketing trick as how many Cat owners would take there Cats in for the HP increase.;) I would!

A cramped Mustang with almost no back seats is not competition and certainly not for a 4 door Charger Hellcat.

Love those Terlingua cars... I have one of the four 1966 cars sanctioned by Bill Neale for build back in 2006.

Bottom line its not a factory production car. until the blue oval or bowtie guys build it right from their factorys, it really don't matter. the hellcat can be taken to any of the good performance shops and make a lot more power as the bottom end is good for 1000hp. MOPAR OR NO CAR!

Hope someone brings one up to the BIR road course, I would like to see how we match up. It will be tough finding one of 50.
