What part number are those? I am getting some of the regular chrome ones, but when I called Gorilla to confirm part numbers, the tech suggested 96643DX, which is a specialty order by the sounds of it because I couldn't find it ANYWHERE online. I called Summit and they were able to get with the parts dept. for a special order, but ended up having them ordered by my local Discount Tire since they owed me for scratching the wheels on my last car on a tire mounting.

The Gorilla tech said these are specifically made to match the factory lug size so they don't look small within the wheel lug holes, which makes sense! Do you feel like yours look small, or are smaller than the factory lugs?

I hate to be a negative nancy, but do you guys realize these gorilla nuts are made in Taiwan? Do you really want that on a 707 hp car? I ordered these and then realized what the hell am i doing? Im sending mine back when they come in tomorrow and opting for MCguards which are made in usa under tight quality control.

What exactly is the issue there? Taiwan produces a lot of decent stuff... ever heard of TSMC? Hell, someone on here mentioned the wheels on these cars are forged in China. Hate to say it but USA doesn't necessarily mean the best anymore bud. I too thought about getting the McGards, but that is only one lock per wheel. I feel much better with 20 locks.

Ever watch car shows? They use arp studs and nuts on anything that sees power. Just food for thought. As far as 20 locks... i bet auto zone sells the socket to fit the spline on the gorillas. Or i bet mine coming tomorrow will fit them.

Thanks for the pics, looks great. As far as production goes, we have run these locks and lugs on our cars for years, and many many sets have been ordered by customers, there has never been an issue and these are running on Hemi's with far more horsepower than a factory Hellcat produces. Yes the factory SRT wheels are in fact made in Taiwan as well, heck the engines are made in Mexico. Where do you think the oem lugs on your car now are made? We like to carry as much as possible that is made in the USA, but that is of course more difficult as the years go by , I say all that to say this, we have not had any quality issues with Gorilla lugs over the years.
