I mounted up my 305 35 20's today. I am going to go get a jug of 109 unleaded tomorrow. There is talk of test and tune at the local 1/8th mile track Sunday.. For shits and giggles i wanted to see of my 17" weld rts 's would fit the front. Not even close, lol.. I knew they wouldn't, but dang it was way too small. I called racestar wheels and asked them if they had anything and they said they are working on a wheel, but it wouldn't be produced until 2016. Has anyone actually looked at the drive shaft on these things? We put ours up on the lift today and looked around. I thing the shaft that fits in the rear end is about 1" in diameter! I am going to see about getting one made local.

Any rubbing issues? Can we get a side view showing how far they stick out?

Here's that side view; they do stick out a little too much for my tastes; and I do believe there are some rubbing issues here..

Question - Would these be perfect for street too? How are they on the street, and in rain (if you've tested them out in that condition)? I am looking to get wider rear tires, but not sure which ones to get

Looks good, but seems like an inch on each side of the tread wall is not in contact with the tarmac. Don't know if that is due to the width of the rim along with the tire naturally rounded?

The stock rim rim is to small for the 305.

Not sure. Guess it depends if they are miles at the strip or street miles.
