Well picked up the Hellcat from paint correction and Cquartzed. I have to be honest it looks nice but I was expecting more. I think I was expecting to be blown away. . Looks like I washed it and waxed it. Maybe the guy just washed it and used a quick detailer on it lol. Maybe I am just too picky. thumbnail_IMG_1324.jpg thumbnail_IMG_1325.jpg thumbnail_IMG_1326.jpg thumbnail_IMG_1331.jpg thumbnail_IMG_1327.jpg thumbnail_IMG_1323.jpg

Your car looks awesome! I too wonder about the true value of a lot of these products-I mean I have the clear bra and it makes sense as it prevents 90+ percent of stone chips, etc...but my 2010 Plum Crazy SRT8 still looked nearly showroom when I traded it in-occasionally covered-not garaged but I stayed on it as far a detailing. Seems like most people will trade in or sell after spending an extra $2-5000 in special coatings-a good wash and wax and quality detailing once a month is all mine ever got-the cat is lucky it will spend a lot of time in the garage especially in winter. If you are the guy that trades every 2-3 years it seems like a huge waste of $$$. I can wipe my car down in 10 minutes with shining monkey type 2 detailer-safe for matte finishes and it looks incredible...

I think it looks great, get it out in the sun to check it out. That metallic should really pop. I don't think it is a waste of money even if you trade it every 2-3 years, because the car will look closer to new with the coating, so value should be higher to a potential buyer.

TLC Detail in VA is a little less than 4 hours away. They are a certified CQuartz Finest installer.

    Gloss (reflection) looks pretty decent...
    Depth of paint looks good

Pics don't tell much about potential orange peel on large flat surfaces
How about a few pics in natural sunlight...side shots with reflective backgrounds

Can you read print in the reflection?

I will have to pull it out in the sun. I picked it up on a cloudy gloomy day and parked it in the shop.

My granite crystal beast looks awesome with the cquartz! Deep clear with multi color metallic shine! It looks awesome. The cleaning is much easier too. Water sheds off the Cquartz. Take it out and look today in the sun!

I'm picking up my Black Challenger HC tomorrow or the next from Brian at the Auto Spa in Downtown OKC-

I had the clear film and the Quartz Finest applied-

It makes a difference - I asked my dealer to leave the car unwashed and he did- Brian had done another HC that was washed and detailed at a dealership and it took him way way longer to sort out and polish the paint- There is an art to detailing and doing it right -

Ill post pictures after I pick my Cat up.

For me the added protection is what I was after- I want to have the car looking great out of the box and ensure that it has the best chance of staying that way-

The money spent is for my mental health well being and what I like only - I doubt anyone would pay extra for a Cat that was detailed this way - I might be wrong but I doubt it- On the used car side of the equation it might help it sell faster due to a new buyer appreciating the fact that the previous owner was picky and cared to have it done-

Your car finish looks great- I'd forget the money you spent on having it done and just drive the Hell out of it once its broken in :).

    Enjoy it -
