I noticed that, you know most people need and want 4 doors, you know soccer moms etc... so naturally they are gone first...

I'm no rocket surgeon, but it could be that they made far fewer chargers.

Nothing wrong with a Mustang. That new Coyote engine has great potential, although I outran a new GT in my SRT6 Crossfire. At least Ford knows how to put a car on a low fat diet. Those Shelby King of the Road Mustangs are really fast cars and they handle.

These Challengers are not a dime a dozen. 40 nationwide and several significantly over MSRP doesn't signify they are easy to find nor at a dimes worth my friend.

Some like Ford Some like Chevy Some like freaking Toyota.
I Like Mopar! Thats why I'm on this page.
Yes the mustangs lighter, Yes the coyote is a good engine. I joined this page to talk about HELLCATS. a MFG produced car by a MFG I have loved for 40 + years. If I want to hear how great the mustang is I will join a mustang page. And without the post production Shelby to brag about Mustang would have very little to offer. The Cuda is coming and GOD I cant wait! Lighter faster and built to finish this argument. Yes we know our cars are fat Maybe just maybe we like it that way. Mustangs for breakfast, Camaros for lunch and Corvettes for dinner! At least we feed our Hellcats lean muscle cars!

Chargers are less than 20% of the total HC build. That is why.....

There are Challengers on eBay because people are trying to make money on them. Many feel with the increased production of the 2016s the days of ADM are numbered. Those that paid an ADM are trying to get back what they paid so they can pick one up for MSRP as supply catches up with demand.
Charger Hellcats are difficult to find because the demand for them has plummeted. Here in Canada they are sitting on the lot for at/below MSRP (one I found today dealer is asking $79k CDN/$61k USD, loaded Pitch Black with Sunroof, Laguna, BM wheels and 10km on it). Dealers aren't filling their allocations for them. The dealer here in my town got their first HC allocation (a charger) and passed on it to wait for a Challenger. All the soccer moms up here drive SRT Jeeps.

Somehow I had already figured out that you are a Hellcat fan. My point was the context of your message. You called the Mustang a piece of shit, which I felt was inappropriate. You are of course entitled to call it anything you chose, thanks to our first amendment, but I just didn't think it was appropriate, no more than I would refer to a rat rod as a piece of crap. Everyone takes pride in their cars. I wasn't bragging about anything, although I have a Coyote motor in my 33 Ford roadster, and my wife has a Corvette. I drove a 64 Max Wedge Belvedere on my honeymoon in 1968, and I have owned a 63 Max Edge Belvedere, a 67 GTX, I currently own two SRT6 Crossfires, a Ram tough pickup, and my wife drives a Chrysler Town and Country; someday I may have a Hellcat, if they ever get the process figured out, and I have a new SRT8 Hemi crate motor sitting in my shop, while I look for a 64 or 65 Plymouth, or a Road Runner, or something cool to put it in, so I'm kinda partial to Mopars also, but I don't refer to other really fine cars as a piece of shit! That is disrespectful, and reminds me of the dumb bells that have a graphic of a guy pissing on a Chevy, Ford, or Ram tough pickup in their back window. Just my philosophy of life....... Treat others like you want to be treated!

I'm going to win it so the rest of you don't need to register for the drawing;) It may be the only way I get one.
