Hey buddy, I get back into Htown on June 10th. I would be up for a June 12th cruise. I have heard the weather in Houston has been quite submissive the last few days. Only when I leave does the weather cooperate

The day I arrived in Midland it rained cats and dogs and flooded as well. Maybe it's just me?

Lol yeah I think that major rain wall is everywhere.

Cool lets try meetup next weekend if no major rain storms or hurricanes brew up, stay dry!

I don't care if it's just us two meeting up LOL

If you guys want to take a longer cruise after, the Houston Mopar Connection Club is having a Show & Shine at Mac Haik DCJ off of 45N just before the Beltway. They're moving all of their inventory out of the showroom and the front to allow our old Muscle Cars in there. There should be 20-30 Classic Mopars in attendance.

It would be neat to see a group of Hellcats roll in. It's an all-day deal and lasts to about 3 or 4:00PM, and they grill up burgers and dogs.

We'll miss the Starbucks gathering as we have to leave pretty early to ensure we get a good spot in the show room. I'm bringing the '74 Cuda and ChallengerChick is bringing her '72 340 Duster.

Thanks for the info but I'm sticking to my original short plan since we can't be out all day due to other things we have to take care of.

Ok cool SB no prob I'm just planning for us to drive down westheimer together all the way to 610 Galleria then roll down 59 southwest freeway to Sugarland townsquare then everyone can head out. It appears 610 has some construction so we will avoid that loop this time.

This is literally a cruise, when we park at end of our destination we will take some pics and everyone can roll out. I'm sure some folks won't be able to stay many hours. I'm hoping next meet we can do in the evening or afternoon in the future. Whole cruise shouldn't take more than 1hr to 1hr half

I am strongly considering this, even possibly doing the day thing?

I would like to go. But the route is more suited to those living out in that direction. Living in Downtown I would have to do 30 miles just to get to the starting point. There is a Mopar and Mocha meet at Starbucks 19235 Katy Freeway at 9am to 10am that day. If your Hellcat caravan is going past there come and pick me up and I will cruise with you guys back into downtown.
