Fold the mirror and see what happens. Can also wrap cellophane around mirror and tape it to rule out the mirror assembly.

Have someone with you take a 3 foot piece of 5/8 heater hose and put one end to your ear and use it to pinpoint where the noise is coming from.

I would let it go. I had an issue on my 392 where they replaced the window molding. It was never the same after that. Had it replaced twice. Apparently those moldings come folded in a box and the new ones never straightened out. They wound up pulling one off of a new car.

Also make sure your window is auto rolling up after you close the door; ya know that 1/4 inch it moves when you open it or close it. I have noticed sometimes my window doesn't go back up after i get in the car and close the door, I just hit the switch and it goes up the 1/4 inch it goes down when I open the door, but I have not noticed it and stated driving and heard a wind noise before, that's when I realized the window was down a bit. Also noticed it a few times when I have gotten out and went to walk away and see the window is still down a little; problem with that is I then have to get back in and key cycle it before it rolls up when i get out.

Just got my cat back from the dealer and I complained about the same wind noise coming from the passenger side. My drive side glass doesn't make the same noise because the door is gapped tighter to the back of the car so the glass is covering more over the weather strip.

He said: "Inspected weather strips at door glass and all look good. Road tested with service director and heard a small amount of turbulence not wind noise. Glass specialist came out and inspected and advised the glass is sealed and cutting it would do nothing to change this. Advised we use dry lubricant on weather strips and if noise persists will have to schedule with body shop to try and close small gaps."

He gave me a can of this CREST Dry Lubricant ill spray on a paper towel and rub on my rubber..... we'll see if the rubber holds. haha If it doesn't help ill schedule my car to go into the body shop and get the door re-aligned. Miss the days you could just move in the striker and get the door to seal a little better, but on these new cars the striker is set and the only way to align the door is by the hinges.

The right way to fix it is to have a tech drive the car and tape different areas to pin point the noise. Should be a easy fix but time consuming for the tech who fixes it. Warranty won't cover 3-4 hours that it could take or even more. Dealership would have to take care of it. I hope it's fixed for you and good luck with your car

The dealer pin pointed the area and said its due to alignment. The door needs to come back ever so slightly so the glass is better seated on the weather stripping. If my fiancée keeps complaining about it in a few weeks like take it back to them since they told me warranty will cover it. I'll let you know if the dry lube doesn't work and I take it and if they fix it.
