    Not painted but powder coat.

If so, where and what was the price?

Yes - Many sets in the past. $60 to $75 per wheel. Had them done locally here in Wisconsin. Look for the closest facility near you and go there and view their work in person and the facility! Otherwise more than a few good places across the Country to use. Try to find one that does low temp powder coating (250-300F) to be 100% safe with the application. Also to really be anal about the process, have them chemical stripped of current coating and NOT sand blasted! Vapor(wet) blasting would be ok. And primer coated IF you are looking for Show quality? (Price will rise accordingly) Go to Detroit Wheel to view their exchange program or California Custom wheels for examples to view. Do your home work well (actual customer reviews) b-4 spending you hard earned $$$.

I have also had a set wet painted in DuPont Imron (gloss Black on my 2010 SRT Challenger) by my good friend who owns a body here! Fabulous job!

I am surprised that the factory wheels are not powder coated. Surely they must be. They cannot be wet sprayed

I was disappointed today when I took my wheels off for the first time. The inner lip and inside of spokes are very thinly coated. I can see where the black paint fades to bare metal. I will probably get my wheels powder coated in the future if/when the paint degrades.

The problem is my local place needs me to bring them the wheels.

I was hoping there was somewhere in NYC or Long Island that I could drop off the car and they just handle it. I don't want to ship them anywhere.

I suppose a body shop could handle it but I was looking for a local recommendation.
