OK, I press the button and they will not pull out. I need to send them to Jina so what the heck?

    Please advise.

    Thanks

Are you pushing the buttons in on both the post? One sits out further as it is only for adjusting height. There is a recessed button on the other post which needs pressed as well. That should release both post.

I had the same issue with my headrest only pushing one button, then little did I know there was another button almost hidden on the other post that has to be pushed and they come right out afterwards.
