New Hell Cat Owners, time to post the fastest speed you have had your Cat too. Please verify your speed by posting a picture of your Top Speed that shows on the performance pages. Here's mine, but I know it won't take the top honor for long...

Boy I thought there would be a long string of pictures on this thread.....okay inquiring minds want to know where and how long did it take to get to that speed and how did the car handle and finally was that about it? Since it is suppose to hit 200 mph....I get to run mine down the airport runway at work. Going to do a run next week to see what I get.

Wow. I thought you needed 4 miles of straight road to get it up (and down) to 198. Didn't think that anything like that was available to the public.

Maybe we should change this thread to a picture of your time sheet in SRT Performance pages for 1/4 mile times?

There are plenty of places to get your car up to that speed, albeit not exactly legally, but possible. Take a trip out to western Kansas and I'll show you around and feed you and help you with the local cops. The only thing I'll charge you is a ride in your car.

80 mph. The roads here were really cold (teens) before I got it into storage. Only have logged about 75 miles of seat time. Gotta wait until spring to find out the rest of the story...

Did you actually hit 198, or just something achieved on a dyno?!

I too suspect dyno run, especially since I heard the digital speedo maxes out at 198mph. Would be quite a coincidence, to get it to the speed where the speedometer won't go any higher! (Although at that speed on dyno, the engine continues to rev higher, likely towards 210mph, implying it could go faster, but on the other hand dyno runs don't feature the severe wind resistance that must be overcome. Still will be interesting to see what these will top out at, like on the salt flats.)
