This guy was just plain stupid racing into a turn with 700HP and skinny stock 275s. Glad him and the car lived but I have to admit the Z06 sounds great.

Too much accelerator. Lost the back end coming out of the corner. That's racing.

It's not a "car" issue; its a nut behind steering wheel issue !

Due to a loose nut behind the steering wheel...

I'm guessing TCS was off? Any time my car has started to let loose, it saves the car. One time I took off and had it in sport traction rather than street, and thankfully didn't lose control or else I would have ended up in a ditch unexpectedly.

I have passed many Vettes in corners (closed track race course). Our cars are much more nimble than most want to believe. I think we have another guy who can't drive who is embarrassing us again with their lack of fundamental racing ability racing in a street.

He had all the nannies off and busted it to the floor all at once at the wrong spot in a corner. Yep, that will happen.

I'm not surprised it would spin out, at full throttle through a turn like that, with traction control either in Sport, or turned off completely. But what DOES surprise me, is how the driver didn't even lift off the gas until he was almost full stopped?!? Even after he'd spun around a full 180, and was rocketing backwards, you can hear by the roar that the hemi was swill makin' boost. Talk about inept, if the guy didn't crash that night, he'd have surely been hittin' a curb or two within the coming days...
