    I developed a spare kit.
    1. 8"x20" 5 spoke ebay aluminum wheel.
    2. 225xR30 tire,
    3. 3 thin wheel spacers to clear the caliper.
This wheel and tire combination is still good to 150 mph and only weighs 45 pounds vs the 96 pound stock tire and wheel. Total $290 and you can toss the pump and goo.
    Tools:
Scissors jack from harbor freight (grease before use due to the car weight), 10" 1/2" drive extension, 20" breaker bar ,22 mm socket, a clean shop rag and small led flashlight.
Flip the wheel over and store all tools in the wheel and lay it on a thin rubber cushion mat so it doesn't slide.
That goo pump is trash and no shop will want to touch a wheel with goo in it.

Just so you know from a safety aspect using 3 wheel spacers on the same wheel is NOT safe to 150 MPH.

Thanks for the great suggestion. Not a bad idea to have a spare. How many times are you in the mountains or away from cell service and need to get back on the road? AAA takes at least an hour in SC and NC. A spare might be a good alternative.

"96 pound stock tire and wheel"? I just swapped out my OEM Hellcat tires and wheels and I don't think I was hefting 96 lbs around....

My spare is just to carry a plug kit in the trunk. If you get a flat, the majority of the time it will be a screw/nail, something you can easily just plug up and go with until you get a new tire. Takes up a lot less room in the trunk to

I found an 8" x 20" used aluminum wheel on ebay. I painted it aluminum as I have on thee original hellcat wheels, and I got a 225 r30 on tire rack. The three thin wheel spacers move the shallower wheel, away from the caliper, so the wheel will turn.

I thought of that, but on many trips through VA and NC, the thought of trying to find a leak in the dark, was less pleasant than just changing the tire (if that could be pleasant). Also, rolling the wheel to see the leak, needs a jack anyway. Since I don't have trouble with trunk room, the smaller wheel didn't bother me. As one gets older, AAA or road service can change the tire easier than having a service person find the leak and inflate the tire.
The color coordinated nose bra that I have had made (I'll post the photo soon, has drawn a comment from someone that believes that they rub the paint and get moldy. I guess if you leave them on forever, this is valid. But they are made for long trips through different debris, and bug strewn roads going south. I guess the hundred companies that make bras haven't considered this persons concern of paint and mold damage.

Just remove one and put it on a scale as I did. The argument isn't worth a lot of time, but before you say "no way", try it.

Did you put the tire and wheel on a scale.? Maybe my scale could be off by 2-4 pounds, but it is still accurate enough,
