I drove the Charger HC in snow for the first time this past weekend. I live in the country and have a large driveway area. I found that in about 3 to 4 inches of snow it thought it was stuck. Traction control kicked in, engine lost power, car didn't want to play in the snow at all. I don't have winter tires or snow tires. I never thought about turning off the traction control,,,,, duuu, next time I will try that. After playing in the 3 to 4 inches and learning what the traction control did, I was able to just drive around with no problem. I have not driven on snowy or icy roads at all yet. Our HC was never meant to be an every day driver, but, it is not meant to be a garage queen all winter either.

Haven't tried. My neighbor has a 2016 Charger Scat Pack, said it doesn't like snow/ice.

I take my cat out once a month because she is hibernating and she hates it. Granted I have the summer tires on but can't get out of 3rd gear. I can't wait till spring when she wakes up.

I imagine with a decent set of all-seasons or snow tires you'd be alright

Nothing on summer tires works well in the snow. Trust me. lol

I almost daily drive my HC Charger here in Minnesota. I haven't had it in anything deep yet. But she handles fine on ice and snowy roads with brand new all seasons.

You know, not recently, but it has snowed in S. California! Right in LA, Hollywood matter of fact also! It would be a blast to watch you guys deal with it. Do a quick search and see what happened around Jan 10, 1949.

The reason the garage door was invented was to keep classic cars separated from bad weather....

I believe it, man, if it snowed here all the time, we would be in serious trouble. People here can't drive even on a sunny day, and when it rains, forget it. Snow, I'd have to move...LOL.

Bought some Blizzacs and had them mounted. Next day, it warmed up and we haven't seen any snow since. Hey, whatever it takes!
