Dodge has dragged out the launch of Hellcats so long that now weather is going to play a part in its delay! The Polar Vortex has now hit Michigan and dropped 18 inches of snow in some areas. Snow like that will cause transportation problems. I hope the Hellcats come with snow tires. Time to contact Sergio!!!

There will be some frost, snow and other white stuff ( bird poop) on our finishes.
No worries, you can give it an extra wash wax when you get it home.

I just hate for the transports to run thru the crap salt hwys. You just know it will spray all over them.

    70Cuda,

You got it, salt is a culprit! My SRT8 had corrosion on the undercarriage when I got it.

Tammy its not the SALT it is the "Calcium Choride" it cracks ice at a colder temp than salt but is more corrosive.

Thats why they need to ship them like the MB and BMWs. in a full enclosed carrier system, I don't care if its hard side or some kind of soft side but protect the CATS

Ummm, sorry to everyone, But Michigan uses salt,, tons and tons of it......And we don't salt the roads for flurries,, only few inchs or more of snow,,, or if the temp drops and it rained the day of... That being said,,, were our cars are sitting, there has been no snow.... rain, wind,, flying rats,,,but nothing on the part of snow....They are calling for flurries this week,, But today it was 62, so noting is going to stick to the ground.. Lets hope the yard people work overtime and flash our cars so they can be delivered

Well if my Hellcat sees snow or rain before it arrives, it will never see it again in the Valley of the Sun. :)

Unfortunately my Hellcat dealer shared with me the Dodge is "not good" in the launch of new models. UGGHHHHHHH!!!! He stated that they fumbled the same ball, with the launch of other significant models. My car BESTNOT get wet, especially with rust causing hazardous chemicals! I do not use water on my collector cars, unless absolutely necessary, then to minimum. Chlorine in the water, or soap (caustic) is not good for any painted, coated, or metal surfaces. My H3 ~ well it was made for getting "roughed up" :D
