My sales rep made a joke with me for a few months that I could always buy the Hellcat and if I didn't like it I could sell it for up to $85,000 easily.

If you had that chance would you let the Benjamins (Ben Franklin $100 dollar bills) sway you and make you sell your car for a small profit after TTL of course...?

Tempting on a $20k markup, but if I have the 1st or 2nd production run, no. If I had a later run and knew I could get another one at MSRP, then yes.

HECK NO!! it takes over a year to truly break these babies in. I was just noticing the other day that my Corsa exhaust is almost 2years old and it sounds more beast now than ever! :)

20K minus plus/minus taxes and you are at 15K profit.

Wait a year and your back to where you started.

I believe it is very cool to have the very first production run of a car that is this monumental and I would not sell it.

I am going to have a later run, I would sell and order me another one. I would be willing to wait, just gives me more $$$ to do exactly what I want.
