DO NOT LOOK AT THE PICTURES UNTIL YOU READ THE POST!

(This happened a while back, just didn't feel like posting about it.)

I was cruising on 635 (LBJ) (love the 70mph speed limit now, just makes my tickets cheaper....) at probably 90 or 100, just leaving the car wash, when I saw truck about 1 car length ahead, in the lane next to me (drivers side), it went over what looked like a pot hole, and I saw some dirt fly up, never saw this and DID NOT HEAR A THING... that may have been because the HK subs were at MAX OUTPUT, because they suck. I get out of the car when I exited the highway, and I see THIS!!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

BTW, the FU**** up spot on the air dam was when the car was unloaded. I never put a new one on, because I figured as soon as I did I would mess the new one up.

Please cry for me tonight.... I need all the help I can get. :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

    Whoa!!

You found that huge rock behind the broken bumper?! That is crazy! I'm amazed you didn't see that... Maybe the dirt and the color of the interstate camouflaged the rock. Ouch!

I would get it fixed by a good shop... I have never had good luck with the quality of aftermarket paint sticking on a brand new bumper (even when they insist they're using a plastic bonding/adhesive prep prior to painting). If you paint over the factory paint then it should hold up better. You might even consider a PPF over it so the aftermarket paint is protected and holds up even better.

Just some thoughts to consider. Good luck!
