What are you guys getting for trading in a 392 Challenger for your Hellcat?

Kelley Blue Book and NADA say $33K-ish maybe $34K

I have a standing offer to buy my car at $30K

Just wondering what you guys are really getting. Private sale or dealer trade in.

2011 SRT8 Challenger 392, 25K miles, every option that year except block heater. Billet silver with gray stripes. No damage. New tires.
Only thing I have done to the car is add window tint. Otherwise completely stock.

My dealer is offering 31k. Mine is a 12, m6, hk sound, nav, and redline red. 12k miles and it's like new. Going through the same dealer I bought this car off of to buy my hellcat. I think it's a little low, but they gave me an outstanding deal when I bought the car new at 37k (13k under sticker!!!!) I do live more up north though and winter is coming so demand up here for this car would probably be lower this time of year.

Man I sold mine too cheap I guess. I had a 15 SRT A8 loaded but had the standard leather. Book was like 44K and some change. I sold mine through Autotrader for 44k.

I traded (or rather sold) my 2011 Challenger SRT8 to Carmax for 31k in February, had like 9500 miles on it only. I thought I could do better but that's all I could muster from my selling efforts on various sites.

Wow I'm sorry to hear that. I thought was getting ripped for my 15 a8 scat pack at 38k when I paid 42k 3 months earlier. I believe its the winter months making our trades worth less. This was back in August probably worse now.

I got $32,000 for my 2012 SRT8 in trade for my Hellcat. Pitch Black, all options except block heater. Had 22,000 miles, new tires and was perfect. Really hated to see it go. My favorite car to date. Hellcat to be built 10/19. I traded early so I didn't have any issues with my SRT8. Didn't want someone to run into me.

Traded mine in at the beginning of August. Mine was also Billet Silver w/black stripes, Auto, loaded w/sunroof and only a bit over 12K miles like new. I got 31K for it. I think the place just sold it for a little over 32K....seems you're getting a decent ballpark number for it considering yours has twice the milage - and 2011's are out of factory warranty . I don't know of a dealer that will give you full KBB value on anything.

I do realize that it sounds way. But, I know the dealer and the buyer well. I think the dealer just kinda wanted the car for him and his wife to enjoy. It also only had 10k on miles .

You sound like me. I did the same thing with my Scat Pack Challenger. I sold it two weeks ago, even though my Hellcat order won't be in for a few months. All I could think of was the car getting hit and the value of my car taking a dive while I waited for the HC to come in. I lost some money in the deal, but not bad considering it was a new car. Also, if another HC pops up for sale sooner, I want the option to move on it and not deal with a trade.

Man, don't you guys drive your cars? I traded in my 2012 Challenger SRT8 for $23K but it had 62,400 miles and was pretty beat up inside and outside cosmetically. Mechanically, it was sound.

Don't laugh... but try BEEPI, I got a great price for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, they'll inspect your vehicle, make you an offer and list it for one month, if it doesn't sell they will give you the price they offered and take the vehicle, they only do 1-2 owner low mileage prestine vehicles. But you'll get a real good price, only drawback is they're only in select states.. mostly fair weather.
