Noticed today that the hood on the drivers side is slightly above the fender/.front edge and/or the fender is slightly below the hood.

I see a lot of Hellcats with the tale tale sign of the hood being up on the drivers front corner.

Anyone get this corrected? Either drop the hood a bit or raise the fender?

Adjust the bumper stop on the left front it's black, round and on radiator support both sides.. Screw it down some.

:) I was the one that posted that original tip....it's not the bump stop - I even put a dab of grease to check if it's touching. I can push down on the hood so it's not bottoming out. I have a feeling the fender on that side needs to come up a bit...but I'm sure it's 30 bolts that I don't have a diagram for to make that adjustment.

I found an issue with my hood grill today, was loose and just laying there in the hole. Can't get it to stay in place, oh well back to the dealer.

Well did you crack the Left hood bolts and pull the rear up a tad?

I have not... I was waiting to see if anyone else had made a correction and what was involved.

I can see the top bolts inside the hood, but I assume there's more involved?

Yours appear to align along the fender, but not towards front...odd. How does it look from the side?

Ours looks alike from the front.

    Hoods are generally 2 bolts

I'm honestly afraid the dealership will do other damage...my paint is really good and every time I've come back before there's some new ding or scratch...

Got it, yes, I was thinking about bumping the hood down first as well.

Mine was not set correctly into the upper tabs...had to bump it a bit and then it all locked into place. Good luck, let us know how it turns out.
