Had my hood adjusted when the kitty arrived new and three months later more hood out of adjustment issues!! Anyone else have these same problems and how did the dealership respond!

    1) front drivers side sticks up
    2) passenger side is a minimum 1/8 below flush almost 2ft span
    3) passenger side by the front windshield uneven lines

Anyway heat from the engine is a factor also I do have the satin black hood if that matters!!

I've recently acquired the black satin hood, but as a rule, even with the painted hood, once I put the HC to bed I lift the hood and use a hood prop specifically to assist in the heat reduction time. Also, I check the temp before I shut down...if it's getting close to the fans kicking on, I wait until that happens and let the system cool itself down, shut it off and pop the hood. So far, been lucky. I originally did a hood adjustment with my first HC and had zero issues after. I hope yours settles down.

My hood was perfect when I bought it. Now after opening and closing it countless times it a little off like yours. Wish I knew what big dawg just posted.

I have 2,800 miles and no problems here. All my Rams have hood alignment issues. On the trucks, it's an easy fix. Just adjust the pads where the hood tests. Lefty higher, righty lower

I have your #2 problem, my hood is low on the same side, it came that way and I just left it. I have a 392 Shaker (HC in D status) So I think thats just how the bodies are made.
