Is there a trick to removing them? I am having a clear bra wrapped on the entire hood and need them out.

Hi USA, I believe I have seen videos where they show the guys that do the Xpel and Wrap stuff removing them. I think it is really easy and just a few screws hold them on from the inside. No worries. The guys doing the wrap should be able to remove them. Getting similar work done soon as well. Gotta protect my Baby!!

Nope. Super simple. Try it so you can show them or just remove them in advance.

The center one has no bolts. It unsnaps and you push it in and then you can work it out if you want to remove (pushing it in is enough). Hard to explain but not really hard to do. Just look at it and be careful so you don't snap any clips off. The part itself is cheap if you break it (mine had a mold mark that showed and dealer replace it -- I don't remember what the part cost but I do remember it was cheap).

There are two tabs you can gently press with a long screw driver thru the openings on the side of the hood latch loop.. take your time and be gentle and it will come right out
