Picked up my "Mstrss" today from having the hood wrapped in carbon fiber. I think it looks great. Lots of compliments and thumbs up on the way home and at my local speed shop. Hope these pics help anyone that is think about this method.

Looks sweet Jungle Jim. Did the shop have it or did you order the carbon wrap?

Looks totally awesome and Bad A$$! Hoping we see pics of Paladin06 's car too that was supposed to be done today. Can you tell us the stock/material used and cost? Oh, and how did they cut the piece to fit so perfect on the nose?

Most hood wraps are done with a sheet of wrap material, stretched over the hood, smoothed out around the curves and contours and then trimmed and rolled around the edges. If a guy knows what he is doing it takes little time. You tube is full of videos illustrating the process.

Had a specialty shop in Louisville do it for me. It's call "digitalefxwraps" and they had it in stock. Took a little time getting in because they are so busy. They were a little more expensive ($600.) than I expected but worth it to me.

Cheaper than paint and if you like it that's all that matters... Now your cat is complete.

Wow. That is totally awesome. Almost makes me want to get a body stripe from hood to truck in carbon fiber for my Tor Red.
