so I had a call from a buddy with a hellcat charger.same car as mine and he asked me how much boost my car was putting out.to be honest when I have my foot in it I watch the road lol but he said his car was only putting out 9 lbs.now I thought they were suppose to be putting out 11lbs? So I checked my car today sure enuff 9lbs flashed to 10 once for a split second.just wondering what most people are getting out of there's? My car has 1000km on it. Any comments would be appreciated.by the way our cars were built 5 days apart.

It might be blank on an M6. But it indicates gear on the A8.

I agree with you, it's pretty difficult to watch the boost and drive. You my friend need a navigator/data collector like the rally car guys have.

I do not claim to be an expert on Hellcats & the boost control mechanism but I have had & still have Supercharged Sleds & Turbo Sleds.
The Supercharged sleds were affected by elevation with the sled losing 1/2 lb of boost for every 1,000' rise in elevation.
So my Supercharged sled than would make 12 psi boost where live at sea level, would only make 10 psi in Alberta which I think is at 4,000' or so elevation. unless I changed the blower pulleys to compensate for the thinner air in Alberta.
My Turbo sled before I put on an AEM Truboost controller, had a Turbo Control Valve that adjusted the waste-gate automatically for changes in elevation.
So, you are likely only getting 9 psi because of your elevation if the Hellcat works the same as a Supercharged snowmobile.
