On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being excellent, how would you rate Chrysler/Dodge on the Hellcat roll out?

I would consider a few things regarding the roll out.
    1. Price 9 (very moderately priced for what you get- quite a few standard options on Challenger)
    2. Options/Upgrade availability 4 (very few options were actually available)
    3. Allotment process 5 (would have liked to see Chrysler have more restrictions on dealer communication regarding availability to customers)
    4. Build process 7 (Once you hit build status it moves fast)
    5. Shipping 7 (Once the updates for early builds are completed the shipping moves okay)
    6. Communication on issues 2 (If it weren't for ResumeSpeed, we would not have had ANY communication- not even dealers were in the know- UNACCEPTABLE)
    7. Advertising 10 (The Dodge Ads kick serious a$$)
So, that is 44 divided by 7= average of 6.3

More than you wanted, but I felt I needed to be fair about my answer and give them credit where they deserved it and bad scores where they did not perform.;)

I would say great and rate it an 8. We have to realize that the majority of buyers as a whole aren't on forums and are as pressed and following every single SRT movement like forum members.

I'd say a 7, just wish there was more updates and communications for our SRT vehicles.

I would say 3,,, maybe 2,, they build the car up,, show it off to the world, tell everyone it's so great,, get it while you can... going to be a legendary car... opening day people go wild and they have enough orders to build for two years..then cars get built,, and sit for over a month, zero info... terrible, frustrating, pissing me off, I'm at the point if the car don't come soon, they can keep it, I will order something else

They do a great job advertising and promoting it with videos. That is about where it ends.

"More than you wanted" I had no desired response in mind. Just asking for your honest opinion as a buyer.

I Agree with Tam's assessment. Thanks to RS, beacuse without him....yikes

Irritated that a later built 8sp is already shipped while mine is freezing its baguettes off in storage in the inclement weather.:(

    -10

from the delay on ordering to the delay, upon delay, upon delay on delivery to the constant changing of when the cars are suppose to be built or shipped. All of this could actually be tolerated if they would just fricking communicate to the owners what the issues are.

    Dear Hellcat owners,

We have an issue with the Automatic software which will cause a month delay.
We have an issue with our order system which will cause a month delay.
We are all in Vegas having a grand time on your dime which will cause a month delay.

    Their lack of communication

    SUCKS DONKEY BALLS!
