I'm planning on installing a pulley one size smaller with a I 2 tuner. Has anyone done this yet?

I2 in tune is easier use plus you can tune all your othe cars for 150.00. It's the same tuning process as the trinity.

    Yes

You will need a unlocked computer along with a tuner.

Yes JLCat, you will need a tune if you change pulley's.

my dealer was saying not to trust the I2 tuner map as being perfectly accurate (from HC to HC) and to go get the HC tuned on a dyno. Any thoughts>?

You should always datalog it to check. Or even take someone with you and watch the logging screen for knock retard.

For that matter a stock hellcat on 93 octane will handle 1.5 more degrees the way it sets with no problems. Going off of my car I started to pull timing around 2.5-3 degrees more then stock.

Sounds great! That will be my next mod, buying a I2 and PCM, with better tires, just have not reached a tire size yet that I will be happy with.
