You are absolutely right...I can't make it 61 degrees outside here in Chicago when it is only 40!

On the first drive home from dealer pickup I had no idea how to read or change the SRT settings. However I thought if this is default street mode I am in trouble. When I got home I worked with the SRT pages and mine was Track/Track in Default. I changed it and could never go back to that setting. Maybe it was that way from the factory because I doubt anyone messed with it before I picked it up.

Wonder if the erratic behavior of the touchscreen/programming has anything to do with the plastic film that still covers it?

Mine has thrown a wobbly as well a few times. Usually track suspension. Go into custom settings and sure you can put it back in street mode but when you scroll back it is still in track mode. Go for dinner. Come out and all has gone back to normal. Once only thankfully I've fired it up. Exhaust note sounded subdued and my accelerator pedal would not work. Totally dead. Switched it off, fired it back up. Fine although it put the CEL on. Crank shaft position sensor code. I have a new sensor but as yet have not fitted it and all has been well. I'm just hoping that the noise that I have started to get from the pulley system as of last Sunday goes away. But somehow I don't think I will be that lucky. Hoping for an idler pulley bearing and not the bearing in the supercharger snout.

I had that happen when I pickled mine up from the dealer. On the drive home (after stalling it in the dealers parking lot) I was alarmed at how bumpy the ride was. I thought it was going to be a long hard relationship. Turns out the car was in total track mode.

It just wants to go fast, letting you know like a dog wanting food,

    Feed it.

Mine has done this a couple times as well, Actually when I started it just before my run, my custom setup went to 500hp.
It has done it a few times after that as well (not just hp, but track, susp as noted above) , pulled neg terminal at battery for 10 min to reset system and seems to be ok for now until the next time

Def a ghost in my car
