Thx Abe!! Now I just hope I didn't pull the trigger too early, I don't want it to show up until winter is over.

Congrats Mopurr. I don't think there is a picture of your order combination anywhere. It will be cool to be one of the originals. Wishing you a speedy delivery. Yeah Right. lol

    Thx gang!

    Jim, to answer your Q.
It gets cold here, but I will only be driving my Hellcat & GT500 during the spring, summer & fall. Once they're put away for the winter, I don't start them until the following spring to avoid condensation build up. I'm getting the block heater just in case I ever want or have to crank up the HC during the winter.

Same here. My SRT has been a "fair weather ride" for her entire six years. Can't see changing that anytime soon with the Hellcat.
Congrats on your order! Hope you get it in perfect time for the Spring Enthusiast Season. :D

Thx CD! Yep, my GT500 is just over 8 years old, it's only been in the rain once & I'll be damned if it will ever see road salt while it's in my possession. My Kitty is going to get the same treatment. I want to leave these cars for my 2 kids to enjoy someday, but I don't want them to have to worry about needing to restore them because the sheet metal is falling off...

BTW..do you use a battery tender or just use a battery switch to protect the battery ?
I hate to turn off all the power to the car but others say it is better....ideas from this group ??

I've garaged my '09 for six winters now (no heat in the garage, but it's attached to the apartment, so it doesn't get "that cold"). Never used a battery tender or disconnected it. I start it up every two weeks or so and it's been "no issue".
