    Respect the machine. And if something breaks loose at 55-60, gotta be better then at 120+..
    Lot of experienced gear heads are saying the back end mechanics need to "set in" as well.

    HellYeah - you mean. and yes BREAK IT IN!!! there are alot of new parts that need to be "married". dont cause a premature divorce! ;-) but seriously follow sublimecat's advice. CONGRATS!!!

    Read the manual and follow the break in guideline. Use valet mode for a while if you can't control the urge to mash the gas. Welcome to the board.

    I agree with everyone,, break it in easy, don't be that guy with the hellcat in a tree we see next week..and please show us your car, we all love to look at New hellcats, and congrats on getting your car..

    I followed break in guidelines. Even set my shift RPMs to match so I. Wasn't tempted. I'm at 1,300 now and I really feel everything is started to mesh. It sounds louder, it runs smoother and is absolutely BEAST!! it's worth the break in, plus it gives you time to get a feel for your car and it's capabilities. The tough part is when someone wants to get froggy and you are in break in. :D
