    Why don't you make them fix it .ask them if they have camera's in the garage or on the lot .

    i just see it today the service was done last week, i send a picture in a email to the service advisor and will se what he say

    The dealer might have video to see if his car got damaged in the shop or on the lot.

    I am sorry to see the damage, that really sucks. I can't help but think that it may have been a reenactment of the scene from Wayne's World when Garth is playing with the impact gun and make a huge mark on some car right next to him. Maybe ask the dealership if they have anyone named Garth working there.

    That SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate it for you man, I really do.

    There's a chance that they will fix it and there's a chance that they'll say "wasn't us".

    I wish you the best of luck. It's a great looking car and it will be a great looking car once it's fixed, but it does really suck!

    Before I Visit or ever leave the lot, before or after any dealer visit,
    I do a careful walk around,this way these type of things are prevented!
    To OP this is really too bad this occurred,it may even been done by any third party on the dealers lot,even another customer or delivery person.
    You have to be diligent to inspect your car,when you pick it up and accept it as is, you are thereby agreeing to take responsibility For the completed work.
    By not saying anything to them makes it a difficult situation,for everyone!
    I am not saying it is your fault at all but the onus is on you after all.
    Give them a chance to make it right,you may be pleasantly surprised
    At the answer. I sympathize with you and hope you have resolution.

    I think you may have trouble getting them to fix,, but from the looks of it, you have a charger and 300 along with your challenger,, they may fix it just to keep you happy and coming back...a happy customer is a returning customer..but like others have said,, I make sure to walk around the car before they touch it... And I like to keep an eye on it the entire time..

    yeah i know my fault that i didn't look,it was dark out after long day of work i went to get it i just want to go home and rest.......ill know better next time.......

    I've made the same mistake myself. Like hellcat1 said, they may fix it just to keep you happy and coming back to spend more money. If they do fix it,
    they may try to "make up for the cost of the repair by charging a little more on the next car". And then again, maybe not.

    Either way, it sucks and I hope you get it taken care of with as little hassle as possible.
