Now I have it for over 6 months, here are my thoughts:

    1) I find that I have it in "default" like 90% of the time, and it drives very nice in the city and has all the comfort that I am looking for.

    2) The base Alpine audio system is very good and bassy. With the engine and supercharger sound, I don't see the point to upgrade the stereo.

    3) I did my 1st service at Dodge, and I am not very impressed with it. The cost is very low compared to my other vehicles, I paid $157 for the 1st maintenance work which includes oil and filter change. In my other experiences in Infiniti, MB, audi and Caddy, most will charge 3-6 times more to do the same thing for the first maintenance, so really I am not here to complain, but just wish I can feel a little bit more love, my feeling is like shopping in walmart, get in and get out...

    4) Wind shield has been replaced due to a big stone chip on the glass, $700 all in here in Canada. The shop told me to replace the same glass for a Tesla will cost $1600 and it takes time to get the parts for Tesla, my wait time is like 1 day.

6 months and 6000km so far, very practical vehicle at default.

As all new cars come true have quirks and funny things that's may happen. The hellcat are well built and they are engineering marvels.
Proudness and sense of calm owning one is priceless

Just had the windshield done on the 300 as well. Sad; original factory windshield from 2012 too. The acoustic glass was a little more - closer to $800.

LOL. Take the $300 to $750 you saved and take your lady out to dinner.

My ML550 is a minimum 3 times the $ that the Hellcat is for service as well. They do wash it & vacumn for free though at the Benz store . : ^ )

Take the car to a Walmart parking lot for an hour or so & I'm guessing You & the Hellcat will get a whole lot of love, no charge !!!

I forgot to mention, they didn't even wash it, but I guess this is expected for being a Dodge dealer...anyway, still happy with the savings.

Mine only cost $100 for the first service and that included the SRT filter instead of the 899 filter, that was also done in the overly expensive state of California.

The $100 I paid included 9.25% tax. No car was though.

I'm getting the next four oil changes for $60 each.
Dealer offers 4 oil changes for $240.

Yep, but at that dealer the only person able to move any vehicle over 400 hp is the service manager. One of their flunkies wrecked a customer' modified corvette doing $30,000 in damage to it.

Agree with 1 and 2. I havent had mine that long but it would be nice with alittle deeper tighter bass but still pretty good for most people. You did know you can adjust some parameters in the default which in stock form is really all settings on street mode. I did change mine for a few days but then found myself making adjustments for when the wife would ride so I put it back. It is quicker to just hit sport mode and or track mode for the short time I am messing around. It does seem to get better mileage in the city if your in street mode on transmission than sport mode. Thanks for the info and keep it coming.

    1. thing I find nice is that when you sling it around a corner your expecting big car boat feeling and it turns fairly flat. Nice.. and this coming from someone who traded a 16 STI in on the Charger.
