The mod bug! First was the power stop pads and then the jlt catch can.

Now you guys got me all worked up for the Barton shifter so I ordered it last night! Can't wait to install it. Now to play the car parts waiting game...

I'm gonna have to add this forum to my block list to keep my wallet happy

In all seriousness there's so much good info here so thanks to all who post. I'll put up some pics once I get the shifter installed.

That can be an expensive bug to remedy :)

I've already received the Powerstop brake pads, JLT catch can and Mopar mudflaps, now I just need the car to install them on!

Do yourself a favor, get the car a Social Security Number, claim it as a dependent child and you won't feel so bad about your wallet cringing every time you scope a potential new mod...

It is dependent on me for food and water (arguably the same thing), shelter, baths, and most importantly TLC. Sounds like a plan - I'll let you know what kind of face the tax guy gives me next year :)

Hi Wayne, Make sure you get some ZL1 rock guards too or the MOPAR ones. Worth every penny!

You can block it, but you now have the bug like a computer virus. You'll just keep coming back for more

Yeah I already have a wish list and it seems to keep getting longer. It's the Pinocchio of wish lists but instead of being fed with lies, it's being fed with forum posts. :D

Make sure you have a catch can on that list.

I see those in some peoples posts but what is the benefit? My belt looks to be in pretty good condition and I'm not planning to tune so is there a pressing need? What would happen if the belt did snap for some reason?

The are a higher quality belt that will not stretch or slip. Money well spent.

If the belt snapped could it cause any issues? I ask because say I put the green belt on and it snapped - could it cause damage that then warranty would not cover since it wasn't the OEM belt that was on there?
