I cannot post what I would do to her on a public forum. I will leave the rest to your imaginations. 'Nuff said.

Can't believe the guy turned his back on her as she swinging the bat. And did nothing to stop her.

Sadly - he did the right thing. Gun? - to protect personal property - nope. She was not threatening him directly so threat of death/bodily harm not relevant. Just pulling out a CC piece would mean big trouble with the law. Brandishing charge, etc.

If he would have grabbed her or thrown her to the ground he would have an assault charge. You just can't win vs a loon. The law is there to protect the entitled and the loons, not there for responsible people.

When you have something to lose and your 'opponent' does not, you are screwed.

Call the cops, get her insurance to pay for the damage plus the deappreciation value of the car after the damage was repaired.

    That hurt to watch.
Sure glad it wasn't me. I'd have probably been chauffeured downtown in the back of a patrol car. And had my wallet lightened a few grand.

Crazy. Almost like it was a situation tha they did slot of things together with the vehicle. Him turning his back could very well mean she had more invested. Embarrassing. Dirty laundry always stays at home and never I know front of your kids.
If you choose to act like that, our kids could grow up and learn this is ok. That would activate and start a bad gene. Sad to see but there is still hope

There is more to that story but I don't care to find out. Apparently every state has trash.

Isn't Lancaster California the home of the "Flat Earth Society"?
Maybe that loon with the bat is a member?
