Thanks a bunch Todd....Excellent instructions!! Thanks for taking time out of your busy life / schedule to put this together. Makes the anticipation factor even greater for that front bar you're developing :).

Hey guys. You sure the first page of the instructions are correct? It says to cut the first hole 7 1/2 and the next 11 7/8. That makes the holes over 4" apart.

I totally messed up my liner doing it this way. Should have looked at the bar before making the cuts and I would have known the holes were too far apart.

I was able to salvage it :)

Looks like the 11 7/8 was correct the way I was measuring. Then I just measured 2 5/8 fron the center of that hole to the next hole (used a 1.25" drill bit to cut the hole). Turned out great on the right side and was able to hide the hole on the back left.

I hope I didn't over torque the bolts. My torque wrench didn't seem to be working.

Hey I'm glad it worked out for you. I will check my measurements again but I'm sure the instructions are accurate.

    Take care,

    Todd

Same issue, luckily I noticed the 11 7/8 was way too far BEFORE I started cutting. The bars are 2 1/2" apart. If 1st hole is 7 1/2" then the other hole should be 2 1/2" away (10") not 11 7/8".
