My car is in transit as of last week. Dealer told me it should arrive around the 15th of this month. Hoping for sooner so what have you guys experienced?

From the time of "in transit" to the time of arrival, any input?

    Thanks!

It varies. Back in 2014 when I ordered Dante, it took 2 weeks for the car to get to me once it was "in transit". I bought the Plum Crazy car over 2 weeks ago, and it had already been in transit status at the time of purchase for over a week. The car is STILL not here, and the ETA on the car is now 4/7 to 4/14. I swear they are delaying on purpose ... someone is getting their jollies by watching my misery! LOL! Seriously, hang in there with me, our cars will get home eventually, and we will be thrilled when it finally happens. :D

it def varies, there are QC holds, maybe audit holds called internal holds. when removed and it says gate out depending on where your dealership is located, could be that day or next.
hope this is helpful for you

Wow, based on the responses, I best just chill. Don't want my hopes up and be late or weeks yet.

I've already paid so I best be here soon! Lol

I see auto transit train cars sitting in the rail yard next to the construction site I work at in Massachusetts. I see hundreds of these train cars a week. Some full and some empty. They are in line with hazmat gas and chemical tankers, box cars, hazmat soil from my site and many other products you can think of. They move things in and out pretty good but some things sit for days. It is just a job to them. It gets there when it does. No real sense of urgency. The further you are away from the Great Lakes area the more situations like I witness your car will sit through. It sucks but we have to deal with it.
