So radiator has been replaced but the dealer just called me and said they couldnt install the DS because it isnt the correct type and wont fit??? I got it from DSS, the aluminum DS. Im assuming that my dealership has gone fully retarded and the main reason i dont like taking the cat there in the first place they really dont know wtf they are doing? Anyone here done a DS install or had it done? Is there a part # or something on my new DS that i can reference that it is the correct part and will fit so i can go to my buddies shop and just have them do it?

Maybe because it's one piece versus 2 piece and they are being stupid and not even trying.

Nope BUT there's a piece of paper there that says once installed measure from trans yoke to shaft 3.25 to 3.75 VERY IMPORTANT, that checks if shaft is right.

The paper is included with the M6, but the measurement is 2+ inches different on the M6 shaft. freaked me out at first, but DSS made that change in design to accommodate an aftermarket shifter.. But for some reason dont send an updated "warning" sheet.

I took it to my friends shop and they said it is way too short as well. They are looking at it now and after measured it is approximately 7-8 inches too short?!
