It goes back off, but comes up again while under hard acceleration . I had the radiator replacement tsb done about a month and two hundred miles ago. Was fine until today.
The cooling system was filled using the vacuum method, but from what I understand they shouldn't have needed to open the I/c system.

    Ideas?

Check the fluid level of the intercooler resevoir first. If low add fluid. If not take it to the dealer under warranty. Simple.

I did check the res. And it's a very small amount low. I don't have any of the purple coolant on hand though.

Add bottled water if it is just a little low. It will be fine.

Still having same issue with mine after 300 miles and radiator change. If it's like older cars the air pockets should work out of the system with time.

Does it make sense that it would trigger the notification if it's just a very small amount low? Is it that finely sensitive?

Yes. Most coolant sensors are that sensative.

Mine did the same thing about a month ago... yes under hard acceleration. It hasn't done it since... I don't know what triggers it as I don't see a sensor. It was like a 1/4" low at most... sure doesn't seem like that would be enough to trigger anything. Weird!

I added some bottled water, and went out again. No low coolant warning. No traction either...... These cars are so much fun!

Traction has went to Hell in the northern half of the country. But, we have special cold dry charged air for the supercharger to munch on.

Yeah the Pirelli's don't have much grip in the cool weather... almost hard NOT to spin them!

Old thread I know but am getting the low I/C coolant message after a couple of hard runs. Coolant is on the full mark on the I/C tank. I took a snip of the parts lookup and my question is WTF triggers the low I/C coolant message ? I do not see a switch of any kind. No changes of any kind to the vehicle.
    Thanks.
