No clue how it would do in a SC engine, but there were a lot of tests a few years back with "regular" cars & trucks. Main issue is MPG's drop 20 - 25% but the price of the fuel is typically only around 10 - 15% less :(. So it costs more, you have to stop more often but supposedly it's more environmentally friendly.

No not worth it. At a dollar a gal savings compared to 93 octane. MPG I'm at 21-22 on mine. Power sucks feels like a dog.

    Yes it's worth it

So your saying going e85 is not worth it,,, everywhere they are posting big gains by switching... If it wasn't for the fact of getting different blends of fuel I would entertain it..

Since we have no E85 it's an easy choice, but given what some of the 93 and nitrous cars have done I'm leaning in that direction for people that don't need all out racing for numbers, very few mods and car is almost stock.

E85 FTW to bad that it isn't readily available close to me because that would've been the ticket

I got to ride in DrBuick E85 Hellcat and there was a noticeable difference in power from regular Hellcat. Very cool. I don't have enough gas stations around my neck of the woods, plus mine has plenty of HP for me.

I need to worry about getting the power down that it has now! Then when I master that I will be on the road to Wisconsin there is a guy up there that knows how to get more power out of the cats!

Depends what you are using your car for. If it's your daily driver, I'd not only say no, I'd say hell no its not worth it. You'll be looking for gas stations every block (exaggeration of course but the gas milage sucks on E85)
