Is the clutch automaticity adjusted, if so is there an aftermarket manual adjuster?

    I am worried that the clutch is set to engage at the top of the stroke and not manually adjustable. If so, is there an aftermarket manual clutch adjuster?

    clutch release is hydraulic, therefore, no adjustment. if contact point is not where it should be (no specs), worn, bent or damaged components can be suspected. best to compare with similar vehicle.

    I don't have my car yet but my concern is that the clutch engage/disengage point is near the top, such as in the camero. I much prefer the clutch engage/disengage much closer to the floor and wanted to know if there was a way to adjust this location either through stock configuration or an aftermarket part.

    Clutch engagement has migrated to the top of the stroke for american muscle over the past 5-10 years. I don't like it either, but I think the logic is that it helps power shifting and helps to avoid transmission "lockout" during quick, high RPM shifts.
