I don't want to open the wrapper on my owners manual. Is there a setting for the display that shows what gear you are in if using paddles? Would prefer the display between the tac and speedometer. Thanks in advance

When it's in manual shift it's displayed automatically. It's on the right side .

When using paddles or maual shift, the 'D' (center display, right hand side) will change to a gear number indicator.

You can go into the settings in the dash menu and make the gear number stay up at all times, even when in automatic.

However, I don't think you can pop up the gear number like the mph.

The gear can be displayed right next to "D" but no big display like mph

How do I see the current gear on the instrument panel?

I had asked a similar question and intercooler and others kindly obliged. Hope this helps.

It also worth noting that this setting is not mentioned in the manual.

Thank you everyone. The default setting had the gear indicator turned off. No wonder I didn't see it. Duh.
