I just brought my SRT 392 home yesterday.

I've noticed that when I put the tranny in manual mode, I cannot down-shift with the center console shift lever. She'll up-shift, but when I try to down-shift it's like it's not connected. Nothing happens. The paddles work perfectly, up-shifting and down-shifting. This leads me to believe it's not the tranny but possibly something disconnected or faulty with the center console shift lever.

    Any thoughts?

no serviceable parts to the shifter module. requests are bussed to the TCM (transmission control module) over a dedicated data bus. if the downshift request is not broadcast, I'd be replacing the shifter module.
