So I got a survey in the mail from JD Power and a $1 bill in hopes to exchange honest information about my 2016 Hellcat Challenger. I logged in and took the survey and could win $100,000. I stated some of the fitting problems, stereo issues and pulley problems that I saw on the forums but, for the most part I haven't had or seen any of these items with mine. My rating was honest to my experience in accordance with my cat. Has anyone done this survey or has been asked to take it? I didn't see anywhere of when I can see the results of the survey so I was just wondering what the results will be. Thanks

Did mine yesterday, they should ask for another one after I have more time and miles in the car. Picked the Camero over the Mustang ( a little inside baseball).

so if you answered with items from the forum and not what was actually from your vehicle you've negatively influenced the survey. It wasn't a group survey was it? Didn't it just ask for your experiences?

It should be your answers about your actual experience with your vehicle.

so i know a guy, that knows a gal, that knows a guy that once heard from a friend that their cousin had an issue with what we thought was a Hellcat

Sir if you read my OP I answered in accordance with what I have seen with my ride which was all good. In the "other comments" section I did voice some concerns of other owners. I did this because not all owners received this survey and I fell that fellow owners that are struggling with their cats should have a voice as well.

So other comments provided are a campfire story passed along thru forum write-ups. The forum info doesn't present the whole story so basically you are passing along best guess. These kinds of surveys are looking for direct consumer experience.

Not at all. The issues that I mention in the survey are from owners that I know and have had actual repairs. We have 2 cats in our family and about 10 cats all together that are local. In the survey there are portions of the survey that allow additional comments and experiences. I simply clarified that others have experienced certain issues that I haven't as of yet with mine. They even ask if you know others that have this vehicle, would you recommend this vehicle, why would you recommended this vehicle, how did you first experience this vehicle, perceptions, and events. The additional comments are just that. Information that could be useful that the survey didn't ask. I think you are comparing apples to oranges here. What's wrong with additional comments about experiences that you have encountered with other cars that are the same as yours? Gathering to much data is not a bad thing. If the information that I stated is not useful they will just discard it. If it is useful; they will use it and others that weren't able to take the survey were heard and the sample pool becomes bigger. Win/Win if you ask me!
