    Hello,

I'm installing my JLT Catch Can and the lower fitting going to the manifold won't latch on. The OEM fitting that was original in the car latches nicely to the tube but the one that came with the catch can won't latch. You can pull it off easily with pushing the tab in. I checked the fitting on the upper and it works fine there. Did anyone else have this problem? I'm afraid if I leave it loose it'll throw a code.

I just installed mine last weekend and did not have this issue. Did you check the connector? Maybe it needs to be freed up somehow for the latch to click in?

I flipped flop the connectors and they both work fine on the top stem but neither work on the lower. It's like the lower stem is a tad smaller. The OEM connecter that was on the car works great on the lower stem. Crazy!

That's odd. Hopefully someone else can chime in but they both went on great. The bottom one didn't have as much of a click to it but I checked it and it was locked in.

I'd scrap those connectors and go this route

Where can you purchase those connectors? Do you have the part# as well?

I recently bout the driver side catch can from JLT. The connector to the valve cover slips off easily. It's properly locked. I removed the can. Need to call them.

I'll look further into this the next time the our Hellcat is in the shop (Should be tomorrow)

15.82 is the standard size of these PCV fittings, which is roughly 5/8".
