Just had engine light come on and did a search and P025A popped up, then it went away, engine light still on.
Trying a hard reset on the system and see if it's just a gremlin.
Car runs fine, no power loss.

    Car has 1000 miles

I think it is fuel pump related?

Build date 01/29, as stated, did hard reset, no code and no engine light so far, will do a few miles tonight and see if it comes back or not.
It came on during some "spirited driving"

P025A - Fuel pump control circuit open.

Possible causes are wiring, fuel pump control module, or a PCM.

    P025A-FUEL PUMP CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN

    Theory of Operation
When the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) receives a ‘Start’ or ‘Run’ signal, it energizes the Fuel Pump relay which sends a continuous 12 volt supply to the Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM). The PCM also sends a Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) control signal directly to the FPCM which regulates the PWM voltage that will be sent to the Fuel Pump Module. The PWM will vary from 10-100% depending on the input of the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor and other engine demands. The PCM receives a PWM signal from the FPCM representing the state of all inputs and outputs of the FPCM. This is a Constant Pressure Fuel system which means any pressure test performed on the Fuel Pump would show a continuous pressure (regardless of the changes in PWM). If a pressure sensor fails or other failures are present; The duty cycle goes to a default setting (100%) to maintain fuel pressure.

    When Monitored and Set Conditions
When Monitored: This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
    • With the ignition on
    • The Fuel Pump Control Module commanded on

    Set Conditions:

    • The Duty Cycle command from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) to the Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM) on the FPCM PWM Control circuit is outside the calibrated threshold.

    Default Actions:
    • When this DTC is set; The FPCM will continue to run the Fuel Pump Module at 100% duty cycle.
    • MIL is illuminated on the second consecutive trip that the diagnostic fails.
    • The MIL will be turned off on the third consecutive trip that the diagnostic passes.

    Possible Causes
FPCM PWM CONTROL CIRCUIT OPEN/HIGH RESISTANCE
FPCM PWM CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORT TO GROUND
FPCM PWM CONTROL CIRCUIT SHORT TO VOLTAGE
    FUEL PUMP CONTROL MODULE
    POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE

since you erased the code from PCM memory, your dealer might not be able to help you.
