If that is pink, I think it looks like that, might be another radiator club member. Take it in and have them pressure test the rad for a leak. Replace if so, and give B5 your info. for his spreadsheet. My replacement was a 1 day turnaround.

The law states that the dealer must be able to provide that the modifications caused the failure.
Your warranty should cover this radiator leak without issue.

They are fixing it now. got new radiator in today so should be done by friday. . . Although they did notice my cutouts and said any emissions warranty i had is now voided (whatever that means) lol. I was assuming that cutouts wouldnt touch any warranty because they were after the Cats. oh well.

and while my cat is there i decided to have them install my Nitto's as well as my new DS.

According to Magnusson-Moss Law, they can not void it unless they can prove that your cutouts caused whatever issue you may have.

Looks like I need to invest in Tallcools radiator for piece of mind. Bloody ludicrous. They can build a 700bhp beast with no better than a cheap Chinese knock off radiator :(

Read in one of the posts that cutouts could cause an issue with A/F ratio, any truth to that?

I've never heard that, but I could be wrong.

Agreed...an after-cat exhaust mod should have no impact on A/F ratio.
Even if it did, the change would be so small it could be easily corrected by the PCM.
