They told me to spin em when I pulled away leaving Thanksgiving dinner so I succumbed to the peer pressure and hammered it. How much tire did I lose? I've been babying it up til then

Check your tread depth, you should be alright.

Going to take a lot more then one burn out to ruin a set of tires

Judging by the picture you posted, you've got about 65K miles left on 'em.

If you don't have any rubber stuck to your rear quarter panels, then your not doing a good burnout. You can use one of my burnouts as an example.:D

when i was 17 i did a burnout with an old set of tires on a 72 Grand Prix.....i blew the tire and looked like an idiot

i find it much more impressive to accelerate fast w/o barely a chirp...everyone knows any car with 350hp or more can do a burnout....having 707hp and doing a burnout isnt impressive to me.....seeing it GO! like Hell does

ive done probably 15+ burnouts at the track....tires still look like new

hearing your SC whine and loud exhaust would be equally impressive.....dont bother with the burnout next time

My one and only burnout was 300'+ & it was good for about 1/1000" off the P-Zeros.

O and much more difficult.... more difficult to do than one would think.... Finally played a little the other day actually trying to see some 0-60 times... Haha I suck... 5.5 was my best of 4-5 try's ..maybe I was trying to hard.. It is cold though so traction is worthless45-50 degrees
